“There are a massive amount of people struggling with food and weight issues, people for whom their relationship with food and the process of eating is so complicated by emotional needs and psychological drives that no ‘diet’ or weight loss program can ever have a lasting effect.

This programme provides what the author describes as a ‘jigsaw puzzle approach’ to addressing the needs and drives of those who suffer from eating disorders, or are chronically overweight.

1. Imagine the new healthy you

The foundation piece in the series is essentially a goal orientated session, to allow you to focus on, and keep you focused on success. The mind is like guided missile technology in a way.
