Bob Hammett trained as an integrative counsellor at Southampton University. He is a member of the British Association for Counselling and works within their code of ethics. Bob is also Co-ordinator for the Hampshire Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Bob now works extensively but not exclusively with Motivational Interviewing techniques.

Initially trained as a life coach with the UK Coaching Academy, Bob now has vast experience in both training and mentoring in the industrial and business world. He is also a qualified Mediator.

Bob is the author of the book 'Face Value', a facinating insight into personology, the art of Face Reading.

Gloria Hammett works as a Coach, Coach Trainer and Supervisior. In addition to counselling psychotherapy, she is a clinically trained hypnotherapist, holding the British Medical Hypnotherapy Board diploma, and qualified at post-graduate level, having graduated from the London College of Clinical Hypnosis. Gloria is also a Master Practitioner of NLP, and a qualified Mediator and  Co- founder and Principle of the Wessex College of Hypnotherapy and NLP, offering acredited courses in Bournemouth and north Hampshire.

In addition to registration as a NHS provider, Gloria is a full member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy, and the General Hypnotherapy Register.
